Made to order, made right
Each journal is printed on demand just for you, so we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, there's no warehouse to send it back to.
We'll replace it free if anything goes wrong
If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Just email support@dagonent.comwithin 10 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (for damaged or misprinted items)
Lost packages If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if it's lost.
Refunds Where a replacement isn't possible or preferred, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
